Dream Alive and Care Organization is governed by a Board of Directors assisted by Senior Management Team.
The Board of Directors holds ultimate legal and fiduciary responsibility. The Board sets and periodically reviews our mission and strategic direction, approves major policies (including safeguarding, financial management, and ethics), and ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements. It appoints and annually reviews the performance of senior management team, oversees risk management, and ensures that robust internal controls are in place to protect assets and uphold the integrity of our operations.
